The complex development is in the quieter part of the Costa del Sol but within easy reach of all amenities.

The development is part of a spectacular golf course which provides an 18-hole, extremely challenging and remarkable course for golfers that stands out from the crowd. It has been rated as one of the best on the coast because the course is beautifully kept and breath-taking. It is so unique that it is one those courses where you just cannot wait to return for another round. The country club also has various outdoor facilities which include two hard tennis courts, a practice green and lawn bowling.

The Golf and Country Club is a five minute walk from the complex main entrance.

Elviria is a quiet neighbourhood, with a thriving local commercial centre. Here you will find banks, a supermarket, a convenience store (complete with its own bakery), café (tapas) bars and plenty of fine restaurants of international cuisine.

The older village itself has a genuine heart, complete with town hall, church, post office, schools, etc.

The terrain in the village, commercial centre and Los Jardines areas, gently undulates and with tree-lined avenues it is ideal for that morning stroll for the paper and fresh pastries!

A view of Santa Maria Golf Course

Once past the Santa María golf course, the land rises more steeply and continues to the top of Elviria mountain (Mount Elviria).

The abundance of facilities and the climate makes Elviria ideal for sport lovers. It is located in an area acknowledged as the golfing capital of Europe, and boasts more activities than you could imagine.

Elviria beach is one of the finest sandy beaches along the Marbella coastline, and stretches for miles in both directions and within easy stroll from Los Jardines.

Miles of unspoilt sandy beaches and quality beach-side restaurants

There are many local beach cafe-bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, where you can sit and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset or enjoy a fine meal whilst taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery.

Las Chapas and Puerto Cabopino

From Elviria, head a minute or so towards Malaga (on the A7) and the first junction you arrive at is Las Chapas. Here you can drive down to the beach side restaurants or take lunch/dinner in Rancho’s. ¡Muy Muy Bien!

Another minute down the A7 towards Malaga brings you to Puerto Cabopino. This charming, tranquil marina, flanked by white sandy beaches is built in a traditional white Spanish village style. In the summer months there are water sports and a Dolphin Safari Boat operating out of a small harbour of about a hundred boats ranging from dinghies up to seventy-foot motor cruisers.

The marina has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. There are many bars and restaurants, some actually situated on the beach, where one can snack on tapas, delicious locally caught fish or choose from the menu. In the port itself there is a wide range of International Restaurants - English, Spanish, Italian and Chinese. Also close by is an Old Spanish Coaching Inn with a small par three golf course.

Marbella town is only ten minutes away by taxi. This luxurious resort town is well known as the favourite location for the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez. Why not pop down to Marbella and explore the old town, indulge in some shopping, or take lunch on the sea front?

Just a little further around the coast and you’ll arrive at the world renowned Puerto Banus!

Costa del Sol

The Costa del Sol stretches from Nerja to Tarifa which is just past Gibraltar.

It prides itself on the amount of sunshine, having its own micro-climate which boasts an average of approx 320 days sunshine per year!
